What is EuroAlliance?
EuroAlliance is one place where companies and workers around the world meet. Companies can post jobs, view worker profiles, request recruitment preparation, monitor document status, and request technology. Workers can register, view vacancies, and follow limited process information.
How does it work for companies, agencies, and partners?
First, open ACCESS and choose the membership or cooperation model that fits your situation. Subscription members receive different access levels and benefits. Non-subscription options include Custom Cooperation and Technology Only.
After you choose your model and submit the form, you can post jobs, request workers, request technology, or discuss a cooperation structure.
Can I post jobs without choosing access first?
Yes. You may use the POST JOBS form first. The form will ask which access or cooperation model you want.
If you choose a subscription member plan, the payment step will be linked to the selected plan. After payment, the job post can be reviewed and published. If you choose Custom Cooperation or Technology Only, describe your desired cooperation model in the form. If both sides agree, terms can be confirmed online before the vacancy is reviewed and published.
Is there a recruitment fee?
For subscription members, the placement fee is included up to the monthly limit of the selected plan. Additional success fees may apply after that monthly limit.
For Custom Cooperation, fees and terms depend on the cooperation agreed and confirmed by both sides. For Technology Only, the price depends on the requested technology scope.
Is there a minimum hiring guarantee?
No. EuroAlliance does not provide a minimum hiring guarantee. Plan limits such as 10, 25, or 50 hired workers per month are maximum included limits, not guaranteed minimum results.
Matches and hiring depend on available workers, worker interest, employer decision, document eligibility, timing, government processes, and applicable law.
What if I only hire 1 or 2 workers?
Even one successful hire can already justify the value of a low monthly membership. Membership also includes technology, vacancy posting, worker visibility, recruitment preparation, candidate communication support, and document monitoring tools.
What if I do not hire anyone in a month?
Membership is not a guaranteed-hire product. It is payment for access, tools, posting, review, recruitment preparation, document monitoring, and technology value. EuroAlliance does not guarantee worker availability, worker acceptance, hiring, worker performance, visa approval, Work Permit approval, residence permit approval, or replacement.
Is Work Permit fee support available?
Yes, but terms and conditions apply. Work Permit fee support is not automatic for every case. It may be available for approved members, long-term members, or longer commitment members under confirmed terms. We support serious partners because we want to grow together.

How can I buy or request a technology product?
Open ACCESS and choose Technology Only or Custom Cooperation, or open the TECHNOLOGY page to review available technology products and services.
Submit the request form and explain what you need. If it is a ready product, EuroAlliance will review your request and send the next step. If it is a custom project, we confirm the scope, price, timeline, and online agreement before work starts.

FOR WORKERS / EMPLOYEES

What is EuroAlliance?

How does it work for workers?
If you are looking for work, click REGISTRATION and submit your worker data. If you want to see available jobs, click VACANCIES. If you want to view public worker/process information, click WORKERS.
Private data is not shown publicly. Public worker information is limited and anonymized where possible.
Is worker registration free?
Yes. Worker registration and recruitment review from EuroAlliance are free. EuroAlliance does not sell job departure packages, Work Permit packages, visa packages, or guaranteed relocation.
What is a technology product?
A technology product is a tool that makes work or business easier, such as forms, dashboards, automation, document monitoring, websites, landing pages, or business systems.
How can I buy or request a technology product?
Open ACCESS and choose Technology Only, or open the TECHNOLOGY page to review available technology services. Then submit the request form.
What is the EuroAlliance E-Masterclass?
The EuroAlliance E-Masterclass is an independent digital educational product that teaches basic preparation for working abroad, such as work behavior, daily life, and language e-class.
This purchase is entirely separate from any recruitment service, job placement process, visa process, Work Permit process, or residence permit process.
If I buy E-Masterclass, will I get a job, WP, visa, documents, ticket, or guide?
No. If you buy the E-Masterclass, you are buying the E-Masterclass only.
The payment is not a recruitment fee, not a job placement fee, not a requirement for recruitment, and not a guarantee of employment, interview selection, salary, travel, document processing, Work Permit approval, visa approval, residence permit approval, or any recruitment result.
How can I buy the EuroAlliance E-Masterclass?
Open the E-MASTERCLASS menu, read the Legal Notice and Terms of Purchase, tick the confirmation checkbox, and continue to the payment form only if you understand that it is an independent education product.
